Spinneret Silicone Mold Release

This product was formulated for especially fpr spinnerets / dies and molds. The high concentration of blended silicones has been specifically designed to adhere to hot surfaces with temperatures up to +600°F for longer periods of time. This means longer production periods between wipes and reducing down time and waste.

Mezger Inc. Spinneret lubricant allows you to use much less of the product due to its high concentration. Our product has levels up to 95% of active ingredients (silicone blend). By comparison, most of our competitors have 3% to 5% of active ingredients. Our proprietary blend of lubricants are made and canned right here in the USA. American made products and American jobs.

Mezger Inc. Spinneret Spray & Mold Release is also truly non-flammable. There are some products on the market that claim to be non-flammable, but the term “Heat Stable” does not mean non-flammable.
